Shipping policy

We currently ship to EU member states and the United States only.

Order processing — EU orders: Orders are processed within 5-10 business days. This includes the time needed to receive, inspect, and repack your order at our Danish warehouse before handing it to the carrier.

Order processing — US orders: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days directly from our US-based warehouse.

Delivery times — EU customers: Once shipped from our Danish warehouse, estimated delivery is 3-7 business days depending on your country.

Delivery times — US customers: Once shipped from our US warehouse, estimated delivery is 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs: All shipping costs are included in the price displayed in our store. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

Import duties and customs: Electronics.cheap handles all import duties and customs clearance. You will not face any additional charges upon delivery, regardless of your location.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Delays: We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lost or undelivered orders: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at fmg.homes@home-electronics.com and we will investigate immediately.
